1. Agreement Purpose

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which the Partner will provide services (accommodation or transport) on the Firstraveller platform. The purpose of this partnership is to allow the Partner to list and offer their services to Firstraveller’s users, in exchange for payment based on bookings and services rendered.

2. Term of Agreement

This Agreement shall commence on the effective date mentioned above and shall continue until terminated by either party with [number of days] days written notice.

3. Partner Obligations

• Accommodation Partners:
  • Partner agrees to list properties (camps, hotels, homestays) accurately and keep all information up-to-date.

  • Partner agrees to honor all ride requests, provide timely service, and maintain professionalism.

4. Platform Obligations

• Firstraveller agrees to:
  • Provide a platform where Partners can list their services.
  • Provide marketing and promotional support to increase visibility for Partners.
  • Process payments for services rendered by the Partner according to the agreed commission rate.
  • Ensure customer feedback is collected and shared with Partners to improve service quality.

5. Payment and Commission

• Accommodation Partners: The Partner will receive payment for bookings minus the [commission percentage]% commission retained by Firstraveller. Payments will be processed monthly via bank transfer.
• Transport Partners: The Partner will receive payment for each ride minus a [commission percentage]% commission retained by Firstraveller. Payments will be processed monthly via bank transfer.

6. Termination
