Day 01 :

Arrival in Bharmaur

Arrival at Bharmaur by road from Chamba.Rest and acclimatize to the altitude.Explore the town and visit Chaurasi Temple and the Bharmaur Monastery.Overnight stay in a guesthouse or homestay.

Day 02 :

Bharmaur to Kugti Village (2,700 meters)

Begin the trek from Bharmaur to Kugti Village.The trek will take you through lush forests of oak and rhododendron.Cross several streams and walk through alpine meadows.Overnight camping near the village or in the village itself.

Day 03 :

Kugti Village to Kugti Khad (3,200 meters)

Start the trek towards Kugti Khad.As you ascend, you’ll get panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.The landscape changes, and you enter a rocky and barren terrain.Overnight camping at Kugti Khad.

Day 04 :

Kugti Khad to Kugti Pass Base (4,200 meters)

Continue your ascent towards the base of Kugti Pass.The trail gets steeper as you approach the base, passing through glacier moraines and rugged terrain.Overnight camping at the base of Kugti Pass.

Day 05 :

Cross Kugti Pass (4,780 meters) and descend to Chhatrari (3,500 meters)

Early morning start to cross Kugti Pass.This is the most challenging part of the trek, with snow and glacial moraines making it a test of endurance.Once you reach the top, enjoy panoramic views of the Dhauladhar and Pir Panjal Ranges.Descend carefully to Chhatrari, where you’ll camp for the night.

Day 06 :

Chhatrari to Kugti Village (2,700 meters)

Begin the descent back to Kugti Village.Enjoy the last leg of the trek, walking through forests and meadows.Overnight camping near Kugti Village.

Day 07 :

Kugti Village to Bharmaur and Departure

Trek back to Bharmaur from Kugti Village.Upon arrival, departure by road to Chamba.
